18. ฉันขอโทษจริงๆ[chăn khŏr tôht ching ching] : I Am Really Sorry.

For male, just say the following sentence:

The following is the phrase for men only to use it for reply the previous phrase above.

mâi bpen rai kráp 
It's all right.

You may know that Thai people also have the particular greeting word as same as English: the word “Good morning” is อรุณสวัสดิ์ ค่ะ /ครับ[a-run sà-wàt  khâa/ kráp] in Thai.
